How we will get your order to you

Delivery

For customers in the UK, orders will be dispatched to you within 48 hours of the time you place it, and your order should be with you within 4 working days. All deliveries are by Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

All items will be despatched, well wrapped and in appropriate postal boxes to ensure the merchandise is in perfect condition when you receive it. This costs a little more - but we would not consider sending quality items in a jiffy bag!

For customers in Europe, orders are also dispatched within 48 hours of the time you place it, but delivery times may take a little longer.

Regrettably we are unable to process orders originating outside of the UK and Europe. However, should you wish to contact us, we would be happy to recommend sites in the US where JJ Weston merchandise is available. Delivery Address

We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. If you are unsure about the address please check against either Royal Mail's free Postcode / Address Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk

Postage & Packing

Postage & packing is £3.50 + VAT (total £4.03) for all orders under £50. Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

All items will be dispatched using Royal Mail with recorded delivery for proof of receipt and will be insured
